One Account Policy: Each User is permitted to hold only one active account. Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. No Third-Party Payments: You may not use payment accounts belonging to third parties to fund your Victory996 account. Any deposit from a third-party account may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original payment source.

Victory996 periodically offers promotional bonuses, welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback deals, loyalty rewards, and other incentive programmes ("Promotions") to eligible Users. The following general terms apply to all Promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Each Promotion is available only to Users who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time of claiming.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and must satisfy stated wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.

Sports Betting: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, the odds at time of confirmation shall apply. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, sell, adapt, translate, transmit, broadcast, or create derivative works based on any platform content without the express prior written consent of Victory996.

The Victory996 name, logo, and all associated branding elements are trademarks of Victory996. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Victory996, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

Victory996 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The User has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

• Continued operation of the account may expose Victory996 to legal, financial, or reputational risk.
• The User has requested a self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling programme.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining (after deducting any applicable Bonus Funds and associated winnings subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their last used payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all outstanding verification checks.
